Being straight about this is more useful than a promise nobody keeps.

One address, with one exception

Every route on this page reaches info@daoasis.xyz. DAOasis is a small team, and one address that is read is more useful than six that are not. Say which of the routes above you are writing about in the subject line and it will reach the right person.

The exception is the CTO role, which goes to jamie@daoasis.xyz — a senior hire should be writing to a person, not to an inbox. Other dedicated addresses will be published here as they are created.
One form, and it says what it does
By design
The only form on this website is the early-access sign-up on the home, App and Sanctuary pages. It sends your email address, an optional first name and the interests you tick to MailerLite, the service that runs the list, and only tells you that you are on the list once MailerLite has confirmed it — see the Privacy Policy. Everything else here is an ordinary email link. The investor request panel looks like a form but is not one — it lays out your request and hands it to your own email client to send, which is why it says the client "should have opened" rather than claiming anything was received.
Response times
A target response time is Response time commitment to be confirmed. We would rather publish a commitment we can keep than a reassuring number we cannot. Privacy requests will be answered within the period the applicable law requires.
What not to send
Please do not send medical records, clinical information, or your wallet's private key or recovery phrase — nobody from DAOasis will ever ask for the latter, and any message that does is fraudulent. For a privacy request, send only what is needed to identify your account.

DAOasis Global Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom, is the legal entity behind DAOasis and behind this page. Its company number and registered office are on the public register at Companies House. Group companies in the British Virgin Islands and Thailand are planned once DAOasis is operational; until then every agreement, payment and notice runs through the UK company.
